1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the VeiLash website, specializing in the sale of magnetic eyelashes and beauty accessories.
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy.
The photographs and illustrations presented on the site are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in EURO and are subject to change at any time.
The applicable price is that displayed at the time of order validation.
Delivery costs are indicated before final order validation.
4. Order
Any order placed on the site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
VeiLash reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or any other legitimate reason.
5. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the site.
The order is considered validated after payment confirmation.
All transactions are secured by the payment providers used by VeiLash.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer during the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and logistical conditions.
VeiLash cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for exceptions provided by law.
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, opened, used, or unsealed beauty products cannot be returned.
8. Returns and refunds

The returned product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
After receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be made according to the payment method used during the purchase.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless an error is attributable to VeiLash.
9. Defective products
If a product is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact VeiLash within a reasonable period after receipt, providing photographs of the product concerned.
An appropriate solution will be offered: replacement, credit, or refund.
10. Liability
VeiLash cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products sold.
The customer is invited to follow the instructions for use provided with the products.
11. Protection of personal data
The collected information is used only for order processing and service improvement.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the site's privacy policy.
12. Force majeure
VeiLash cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure, particularly in the event of natural disaster, pandemic, strike, transport interruption, or any other event beyond its control.
13. Disputes
In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of the country where the company is registered will have sole jurisdiction.
